Schedule, Tuition, and Payment Information

*please note, the morning option is only for children under 3 years old. You do not need to increase to full day when your child turns 3 but it is an option. At any point during the year, you can change any number of these days to full days. See costs below.

  • Tuition is for the year (September 5th through August 16th).
  • No schedule changes throughout the year.
  • Additional days may be added if space becomes available.
  • No make-up days allowed.
  • There are no credits or refunds given for ANY reason.

Upon acceptance into the program, a non-refundable deposit of $1000 (or first tuition payment if early admission) is due immediately to confirm spot. This payment will be applied to your first payment due on June 1st. Tuition for the year will be divided into 4 equal payments due on June 1st, August 1st, October 1st, and December 1st. All tuition payments are non-refundable. Cash or checks accepted. A $50 late fee will be applied if payment is received after the due date. If payment is more than 2 weeks late, payment will be due in full for the year in order to remain in program.

Statement of Non-Refundable Deposit

After a child is accepted to Parker’s Place, Rory’s Room or Hudson’s House, a $1000 (or first tuition payment for early admission) non-refundable deposit is necessary in order to secure a place for your child on the class list. This deposit will be credited to the tuition fees. There will be no partial refunds of deposits or exceptions made to this policy.

Early Withdrawal Policy

There are no tuition refunds for any reason. If you need to withdraw your child from the program before the end of the tuition school year, all tuition payments paid to date are forfeited and you are required to make scheduled payments while enrolled.

LATE PICK-UP AND ADDITIONAL DAYS

We offer late pick-up from 5:00 until 6:00 and additional days based on availability.

Early AM program extended day (12:30 – 5:00) $55
Extra full day (8:30 – 4:00) $100
Early morning session (8:30 – 12:30) $80
After 12:30 or 6:00 late fee $15 per 15 minutes

Students can attend extra days (unscheduled) if availability allows. Extra days (and hours) will be billed on a monthly basis. Extra time is considered booked when requested. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR EXTRA TIME EVEN IF YOU DON’T USE IT. In other words, if you request late pick-up for a Tuesday, and your child is picked up at the regular time, you are still required to pay for that time and that time can not be transferred to a future date. We have a limited number of spots and staff according to the number signed up, not the number in actual attendance. In consideration of other students and parents, please notify us if you will not be attending so someone can use the spot if needed.

**Please note that late care is not always available. You must call in advance as there is a chance we may be full.

PERMANENT SCHEDULE ADDITIONS

At times, a day may open on a permanent basis and an email will be sent out to the parents. If you are interested in picking up additional time, or if you would like to extend a morning session(s) to full day, the rate will be calculated as follows:

(Extra Full Day OR Morning session rate) X (4) X (remaining number of months left in the school year) less 10%

Payment will be due in full to secure spot and is effective as soon as spot becomes available.
