Our Preschool Program is in session from September 6th, 2023 through June 28th, 2024 (next school year is September 5th, 2024 through June 26th, 2025). Your tuition covers the full academic school year. Please note that we do not follow the NYC DOE calendar. Please refer to our School Calendar to see our limited closings.
Enrollment Requirements:
Child must be at least age 2 by September 1st, 2023 (2024 for next year), and not yet eligible for Kindergarten. If your child is within 2 months of the cut off date, applications will be accepted with the understanding that they cannot begin the program until they turn two years old.

- No schedule changes throughout the year.
- Additional days may be added if space becomes available.
- No make-up days allowed.
- There are no credits or refunds given for ANY reason.

Students can attend extra days (unscheduled) if availability allows. Extra days (and hours) will be billed on a monthly basis. Extra time is considered booked when requested and will require payment whether you use it or not. Please note that late care is not always available. You must call in advance as there is a chance we may be full.
Permanent Schedule Additions
At times, a day may open on a permanent basis and an email will be sent out to the parents. If you are interested in picking up additional time, or if you would like to extend a morning session(s) to full day, the rate will be calculated as follows: (Extra Full Day OR Morning session rate) X (4) X (remaining number of months left in the school year) less 10%. Payment will be due in full to secure spot and is effective as soon as spot becomes available.

Payment Options
Upon acceptance into the program, a non-refundable deposit of $2500 is due immediately to confirm your child’s spot in our program. This payment will be applied to total tuition balance. All payments are made online. A $50 late fee will be applied if payment is received after the due date. If payment is more than 2 weeks late, payment will be due in full for the year in order to remain in program.
We offer families 2 different payment plans for tuition as outlined below. All tuition payments are non-refundable.
Payment Plan A: Annual tuition will be divided into 4 equal payments due on June 1st, September 1st, December 1st and March 1st. Payments are made through Tuition Express using a checking or savings account. All payments will be processed automatically on the 28th day of the month prior to the due date of payment.
Payment Plan B: Annual tuition will be divided into 9 equal payments due on June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, October 1st, November 1st, December 1st, February 1st, March 1st, and April 1st. Payments are made through Tuition Express and are automatically processed on the 28th day of the month prior to the due date of payment. There is a one time set up fee of $200 for this payment plan.
Statement of Non-Refundable Deposit
After a child is accepted into one of our schools, a $2500 non-refundable deposit is necessary in order to secure a place for your child on the class list. This deposit will be credited to the tuition fees. There will be no partial refunds of deposits or exceptions made to this policy.
Early Withdrawal Policy
There are no tuition refunds for any reason. If you need to withdraw your child from the program before the end of the tuition school year, all tuition payments paid to date are forfeited and you are required to make scheduled payments while enrolled.
